Speed claims about AI underwriting tools come without a before figure. Your own turnaround log is the only baseline you control.

Trigent's release of 24 September says one MGA cut turnaround on contract processing from 48 hours to four minutes. It names no MGA and discloses no sample size. That is the vendor's statement, and nobody has checked it independently.

The procedure is ours. For each commercial submission, log the market, the send time, the first real response and what the underwriter asked for that your submission didn't carry. Review it by market each quarter.

If a market's response time changes after it rolls out AI, you will know whether it changed for your accounts, and you can place with that in mind.
