In short

Use these tools to record what you know, what you have checked, and who can make the next decision. They are editorial templates, not certifications, legal forms, security assessments, or substitutes for professional judgment.

Each resource includes instructions and an editable CSV download. Keep completed copies in an approved internal location; do not put client documents, credentials, or private account information into public website submissions.

How to use the downloads

Save a local copy, open it in your preferred spreadsheet, and adapt the fields to your process. The CSV files contain column headers only; they do not contain sample customer information, hidden formulas, macros, or an evaluation score.

Read the accompanying instructions before adding data. Free-text cells imported from untrusted sources should be treated as data rather than spreadsheet formulas, and completed worksheets should follow your organization's access and retention practices. The website does not receive or store your completed worksheets.
