ISO's generative AI exclusion is already on 2,369 CGL filings

Verisk's ISO endorsement CG 40 47 01 26, filed since January, excludes bodily injury and property damage claims arising from generative AI.

Commercial accounts using generative AI in operations may have a CGL gap for AI-driven bodily injury or property damage claims. Agencies should check schedules for CG 40 47, CG 40 48 or CG 35 08 before renewal, not after a claim.
