The same research found 96% have AI-led operational redesign on their agenda, while fewer than 1% describe themselves as fully AI-native today.

MGAs and agencies working with carrier partners on AI-linked programs should ask which self-assessed tier a given carrier is in now, not the two-year target, before building a workflow around it.
