As posted

Acrisure's AI announcement is about connecting the brokerage, not adding a chatbot. Auris AI, built on Palantir, pulls client, carrier, contract and operational data into one framework for AI-assisted decisions.

The interesting part is not the AI. It is that a brokerage that size decided its real problem was information split across systems nobody reconciles, a problem every agency has and almost nobody funds.

No performance numbers published. An announcement of intent, dated 10 September, not 11.
