Vertafore announced two AI tools for MGAs: a Change Request Agent that summarizes changes in renewal and endorsement applications, and a Configuration Agent for program-administration changes in Surefyre. The company says preliminary tests showed review time cut by up to 70%, errors and missed changes cut by up to 98%, and configuration time cut by up to 65%; sample size not disclosed.
