What happened

WTW says pricing, underwriting and claims teams can now type questions to find emerging problems in their portfolio data.

WTW released Radar AI Assistant inside Radar Vision, the platform insurers use to monitor how their books are performing against expectations. The company says pricing, underwriting, claims and portfolio teams can ask questions in ordinary language and get answers on patterns and emerging issues in their own data.

What is verified

The source's own statement, as linked above. Nothing beyond it has been independently checked by us.

What remains unclear

WTW named no insurer using the assistant and gave no measure of accuracy. It is an internal analysis tool, not a change to any carrier's rates or appetite.

What it means for your book

Nothing changes on an agency or MGA desk yet. For carrier teams already on Radar, the question to settle is whether answers can be traced back to the underlying data before anyone acts on them.
